Saubhagya Foundation Trust was founded on 6 April 2018 under section 23 of the Indian Trust Act 1882. Our aim is to work for the development and welfare of the society by organising various events, seminars and programmes and hence creating awareness among the people.
We provide training in below mentioned job roles:
Under the flagship scheme of MSDE - Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Saubhagya Foundation Trust has set-up the biggest centre pan India under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna) for Divyangjan in Lucknow.
As a certified training partner of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), we are empowering Divyangjans by providing employment opportunities to them by providing sector specific training according to their respective disabilities and their skill-set.

We have completed One year of your initiatives and efforts in 2019.We further dream of a nation where no one is deprived of basic right of contributing to its nation progress on physical/intellectual variance grounds.
We started with the hope of inclusion of Divyangjan in mainstream and succeeded in setting-up the biggest residential center in India under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna) for them in Lucknow.
I feel satiated on completion of every batch assessment at our center and witnessing the fervour of our students and their first salary stories with the support of our 100+ Equal Opportunity Employers. It gives me a deep sense of honor and pleasure to pen down these words as Vice - President of this extremely fine institution. It's been my privelege to be a part of Saubhagya Foundation since March 2019.
We are currently running the biggest residential centre under PMKVY for specially abled people in Lucknow . The Candidates are accomodated and served wholesome meals at the campus. A rigorous training schedule including interaction with eminent personalities is ensured. Apart from the training curriculum leisure activities for the boarders are also organized.
After successful completion of their training , Saubhagya Foundation team reaches out to the HR fraternity of respective industries and other local business men to ensure 100%placements for our alumini.
Saubhagya Foundation is by far the biggest organization of its type in the state of Uttar Pradesh and also competes with the best of the country. Recently the Foundation has received two prestigious awards
“Best NGO- Skill Development” & “Best Start-up in Skill Development (Less than 3 years of Establishment)”which is a tribute to the members of the Saubhagya Foundation Team. We dream of achieving greater heights of excellence in our field and we are working steadfastedly to realize the same. We all work, but working for a cause is what makes it completely different. It is not easy to earn with respect in today’s scenario, that too if you are specially abled. Nobody feels like giving you a chance to prove yourself. We at Saubhagya Foundation provide these people a platform wherein they are being trained according to their disability/capability and are placed at various renowned organizations.This helps in changing the mindset of the society about the capabilities of these people and to accept them in the inclusive work environment.
We have successfully placed more than thousands of such students in retail sector, hotels , call centers and other industries.
These students have outperformed making us proud and happy. Our mission is to reach more and more such people and bring change in their life. In this way our country will have more skilled workforce.
I feel happy seeing these students working hard to learn and get trained. We encourage and motivate them to have a high achieving attitude and not to feel low about themselves. To take their disabilities as their strengths and not as their weakness. It gives a sentiment of joy and fulfillment with every batch completing their training and getting successfully placed.
